Olympic Training Platform
Fitness Technology has built a 2.4m x 2.4m Olympic Training Platform that will enable customers to do a DIY platform using 2 x off the shelf standard size MDF base sheets (2.4m x 1.2m x 32mm Thick) and 1 x Marine 5 Ply sheet (2.4m x 1.2m x 19mm thick) with 2 x Plate bump strips made from recycled granulated tyres (each strip 2.4m x 0.6m x 19mm).
Total height of the Olympic training platform is 51mm with external L shaped MS frame.
