Works Lateral muscles, Lats and Deltoid muscles. Use the gas strut seat height adjuster (like any adjustable office chair.) It is important that your shoulders are at the same height as the moving arm pivot points. The taller the user / the lower the seat height. When in position, only raise the arms up to where they are parallel with the floor the pull them down to your side and back up again.
